Initial activation requires internet. Existing valid entitlements remain usable during outages. Permanently offline installations cannot immediately learn of refunds or revocation.
For a refund, send a refund request through the feedback form within 7 days of purchase, using your purchase email. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Our 7-day money-back guarantee is no questions asked; no reason is required. Completed full refunds revoke access on the next successful online check, while preserving local data. Partial refunds preserve access. During disputes existing access is retained and new activations are blocked.
